La Sportiva accepts returns on new and unused items.
No, they do NOT do exchanges. Here are some guidelines for returns:
1) Items MUST be brand new, unused, in factory-fresh condition
2) Items must be in the original packaging (additional fees will apply otherwise)
3) Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items
4) You are responsible for the shipment costs back to the warehouse
5) Sportiva will receive the item(s), credit us, and then we will refund you. You are welcome to place another order for the correct size at any time during this process.
6) You will not receive a refund for the original order ship costs, or any required donations associated with the order
7) It can take up to 3 weeks for the refund to be processed, which will go back on the card used to place the order
Contact La Sportiva Returns and Warranty (sportiva.com) select “Outdoor Prolink Return Request” from the Topic drop-down, fill out the required information, and click the submit button. La Sportiva will reach out directly with further instructions.
