If you believe you've received a misship of the wrong item or have a warranty issue on your new piece of gear, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to resolve the issue or help direct you to the right person.
If your gear arrives damaged, please get in touch with the customer service team right away for a replacement. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of the damaged piece of gear arriving, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
