Ruffwear Returns

Ruffwear allows returns but does not offer exchanges.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Ruffwear requires a $10 return fee to cover the costs of the shipping label.

To start a return, please contact Outdoor Prolink at info@outdoorprolink.com to receive your internal order number.

Then you'll email bark@ruffwear.com with the internal order number, full shipping address, and items you wish to return. Ruffwear will reply with further instructions and a shipping label.

The refund will come from Outdoor Prolink. You will not be refunded for the original ship cost or the $10 return fee. Refunds go directly back to the card used to place the order. You will see a credit back to your original form of payment with in 5-7 days once Ruffwear has received your item(s).
