Outdoor Vitals Returns & Exchanges

Outdoor Vitals now allows returns and exchanges on pro orders. 

Exchanges: If you like your product but need a different size or color please contact info@outdoorprolink.com to receive your internal order number. Then you will follow the Simple Exchange Process to initiate an exchange. Your first exchange is free, the next exchange will require a return fee that is mentioned below.

Returns: The standard Returns Eligibility Window is 60 days for new unused items with original packaging and tags intact.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to info@outdoorprolink.com to receive your internal order number. Then you will follow the Simple Returns Process to return your items directly with Outdoor Vitals. There is a $7.50 return fee that will cover the costs of a shipping label. Outdoor Vitals will provide further instructions and a shipping label.

The refund will come from Outdoor Prolink. You will not be refunded for the original ship cost or the $7.50 return fee. Refunds go directly back to the card used to place the order. You will see a credit back to your original form of payment within 5-7 days once Outdoor Vitals has received your item(s). 

Any item that is sent back to Outdoor Vitals and found to be missing packaging/tags or is found to be used will be either rejected or penalized.
