Great news! Rab is one of our few brands that does accept returns. Here's how the Rab return process works:
Please use your OPL Order number as the REF number
You can send the item(s) back to Rab at the following address:
Equip Outdoor: Rab, Lowe Alpine
REF: (Outdoor Prolink Order #)
Once Rab receives and processes the return, they will send us credit, and we will refund you for the item. You will not be refunded for the original ship cost. Refunds go directly back to the card originally used to place the order.
A few things to note about returns with Rab:
1) Rab must receive the item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date, or they will not accept the return
2) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
3) Items must be returned in factory fresh condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. Please respect Rab's program, making sure that the item is packed and folded nicely. Items not returned in factory fresh condition are subject to a re-stocking fee or may not be accepted as a return
