Zeal Optics accepts returns on new and unused items- they will not accept exchanges. Only available in the US at this time.
Here are some guidelines for returns:
- Items MUST be brand new, unused, in factory-fresh condition
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Returns must be received by warehouse within 45 days of purchase
- You are responsible for the shipment costs back to the warehouse
- YOU MUST INCLUDE PACKING LIST FROM ORIGINAL ORDER WITH RETURN IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
- Zeal Optics will receive the item(s), credit us, and then we will refund you. You are welcome to place another order at any time during this process.
- You will not receive a refund for the original order ship costs, or any required donations associated with the order.
- It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to process from reception at the warehouse, which will go back on the card used to place the order.

It is recommended that your return be shipped traceable and insured as neither OPL or Zeal Optics are responsible for delays or damage in shipping the return to the warehouse.
