Great news! AKU is one of our few brands that does accept exchanges. They do not accept returns. Here's how the AKU exchange process works:
- Place a new Outdoor Prolink order for the new desired size/item. Note, you will temporarily have two charges - the original item and the exchange.
- Email AKU directly ( info@akuoutdoor.us ) with your original and new order information. Specify which item you are sending back.
- AKU will issue a Return Authorization (RA) for the original order. The RA sheet should be printed and included in the box.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs and obtaining the shipping label for the item being exchanged. All items returned must be new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
Once AKU receives and processes the return, they will issue us credit, and we will refund you for the original item and original associated shipping cost. Refunds go directly back to the card originally used to place the order.
