Kenetrek Returns

Kenetrek will accept returns in their original, new, and unused condition, including all tags and the original box, within 90 days of purchase for a refund.

To start a return, contact Kenetrek directly at cs@kenetrek.com or 888-990-4090 and provide your original order information. Kenetrek will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for returning your order.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once Kenetrek receives and processes your return, they will issue a credit to Outdoor Prolink. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
