LIVSN Designs Returns & Exchanges

LIVSN Designs allows returns and exchanges and they will cover the shipping costs both ways!

1. Exchanges: If you do an exchange with LIVSN, they'll ship your item to you as soon as you drop off your item(s).

2. Returns: If you are processing a return, you will see a credit back to your original form of payment with in 5-7 days once LIVSN has received your item(s).

If you're not satisfied with your LIVSN Designs purchase for any reason, return it in unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

For US exchanges or returns: To start a return, please contact LIVSN directly at customerservice@livsndesigns.com. You'll need to provide the order number, full shipping address, and items you wish to exchange/return. LIVSN will reply with further instructions. There is an $8 restocking fee for returns.

The refund will come from Outdoor Prolink. You will not be refunded for the original ship cost or the restocking fee. Refunds go directly back to the card originally used to place the order.
