Once you’re in the Distributor Portal, you can find four different reports:
1) Executive Summary
The Executive Summary shows yearly month over month sales and a handful of sales stats compared to previous years. This page gives a great overview of how your brand is currently doing compared to previous years. We recommend checking in on this page every month to gauge sales performance.
2) Products Overview
The Products Overview allows brands to dig into specific product data. You can toggle the data from product price to quantity and you can explore different time periods (i.e. last 7 days, last 90 days, last year, etc.). You can also find a sales gender breakdown and an overview of the top pro categories buying your products.
3) Inventory & Demand Overview
The Inventory & Demand Overview provides your brand insight on inventory levels, days since the last inventory update, cancellations in the past 30 days, and notify me list levels. Above you can see overview stats and below you can see the more detailed product grid.
4) Cart & Wishlist Report
The Cart & Wishlist Report is a very impactful report sharing potential revenue across Outdoor Prolink & Pursuit Prolink. This report shares potential revenue across three categories:
- Cart: Potential revenue for products that are currently in customers carts but have not yet been purchased.
- Wishlist: Potential revenue for products that customers have added to the Wishlist, a list where customers can place items to purchase later in time.
- Notify Me: Potential revenue for products that are currently out of stock and have been added to Notify Me so that the customer can be notified via email when the products come back in stock.
If a brand puts any of the products in a customer’s cart, wishlist, or notify me on promotion, the customer will receive a “price drop” email notification. This is a great way to leverage the data in this report to push sales.
