Shipping Restrictions
CA Site: Orders placed on our Canada site can only be shipped within Canada. International shipping is not available for orders made on the CA site.
Primary Carriers:
For orders shipping within Canada, our primary carriers are FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. These carriers are widely used and offer efficient delivery services across the country.
Additional Carriers:
Some brands may also use Loomis & Purolator as secondary carriers to provide more options and accommodate customers in remote regions. These carriers supplement other carriers, especially during peak output seasons. They ensure delivery to even the most remote locations within Canada.

Our brands only receive one shipping address per order–we highly suggest making separate orders that have multiple couriers to avoid Return to sender packages.
If you are a PO box user (ONLY CANADA POST SHIPS TO PO BOXES) and are ordering from multiple brands, please include your PO Box number and physical street address at checkout. Your PO box can be added to the second address line. This will further help prevent return-to-sender packages.

UPS & CANADA POST COMBO ORDER: NEEDS A MAILBOX AND A STREET ADDRESS
Canada Duties: Due to the Canadian duty system, importers are responsible for paying taxes and fees on imported goods, often passed on to customers at higher prices. This is why our US site cannot ship to Canada, as it would result in additional costs for Canadian customers due to customs duties and related charges.
As a result, some brands might establish warehouses or distribution centers in Canada, which implies that not all US brands will be available on our CA site.
Order Modification Policy:
Please carefully review your order details before placing it, as once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel, redirect, or modify it. This policy is in place to maintain our order processing efficiency and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
