Why start a new membership site for hunting and fishing specifically?

Our evolution into the hunting and fishing industries is not a detour, but a natural progression of a mission rooted in supplying and inspiring those who champion wild spaces. The launch of Pursuit Prolink aims to bridge the gap between the outdoor, hunting, and fishing industries.

Hunting and fishing share so much in common with what we at Outdoor Prolink have historically labeled as ‘outdoor recreation.’ Hunters and anglers protect and promote the wild places and habitats that we so dearly love. They are the driving force behind many of our nation’s conservation efforts and have contributed over $14 billion in federal aid through the Wildlife Restoration Act since its inception in 1937.

Hunting and fishing pros are key influencers for hunting and fishing brands. Like outdoor professionals, they use their platform to advocate for their industries and introduce hunting and fishing products to new customers. And perhaps most importantly, they act as a critical mouthpiece of conservation efforts for wildlife, waterways, oceans, and public lands.

What Brands will you have on the Pursuit Prolink?

Our commitment with the launch of Pursuit Prolink is to always uphold the highest standards of responsible hunting and angling:

• We will work with only the highest-quality hunting and fishing gear manufacturers
• We guarantee to our brand partners that our members are true verified professionals 
• We will partner with key industry nonprofits - like Backcountry Hunters and Anglers - to raise funds and support conservation efforts and responsible recreation 
• We will never sell or market guns or ammunition on Pursuit Prolink
• We will always use imagery and marketing content that respects animals and promotes responsible hunting and angling practices
• We will provide easy account and marketing preferences that allow pros to control and curate their store experience 

If I’m currently an Outdoor Prolink professional, do I have access to Pursuit Prolink?

Yes, you should have access to Pursuit Prolink. You will see the “PURSUIT” tab at the top of the store - go here to browse and start shopping! Please note that Pursuit Prolink is only available in the US. 

How will the new multi-store marketplace work logistically? 

With the creation of this new shopping experience, qualified members are able to seamlessly transition between Outdoor Prolink and Pursuit Prolink, accessing a wider spectrum of offerings tailored to their specific industry and job function. This updated website structure allows the Outdoor Prolink team to control member access while creating a streamlined shopping experience for users.

Outdoor Prolink and Pursuit Prolink will each occupy a separate tab within the same store, creating two separate, curated shopping experiences with the benefit of a combined shopping cart and search results.

I am not interested in hunting and fishing gear deals. How can I manage my store and marketing preferences?

You can manage your email preferences and your store preferences in your Account Settings. If you wish to completely hide the Pursuit Prolink store, you can do so here as well. You can unhide the store at any time if you change your mind! Click here for instructions.
