To check the status on your order, log into your Outdoor Prolink account. Click your name at the top of the page, and choose "order history". It should show you updates on your specific order.
You should have received an email notification confirming your order, as well as an email notification if your order has been cancelled, or has shipped. If you have not received an email notification for your order, please contact customer service.
Please note all pro orders take approximately 7-14 days to process, ship, and arrive at your door. If your order has taken longer, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
