To check the status on your order, login to your Outdoor Prolink account. Click your name at the top of the page to access your account information.
Next, click "order history."
Here, you will see a summary of your order history, available tracking information and status of each order.
You should have received an email notification confirming your order, as well as an email notification if your order has been cancelled, and once it has shipped. Please note all pro orders take approximately 7-14 business days to process, ship, and arrive at your door. If your order has taken longer, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
