You will receive an email notification if an item from your order has been canceled. The email will include the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for the canceled item or any associated shipping costs.
If your order includes other brands or items not listed in the cancellation email, those products will ship as scheduled. Any pending charges will be updated once the order has been completed or shipped.
Inventory available for pro purchase is constantly fluctuating due to retail demand. We do try very hard to keep inventory updated. Because our manufacturers drop ship and fill pro orders after retail orders, some of these are occasionally canceled before being updated on the site.
Order cancelation reasons:
- Outside pro purchase policy - review our pro purchase policies.
- Customer request - The customer has initiated the cancelation.
- Out of stock - The item is no longer available.
- Invalid Address - The brand's preferred shipping courier does not service this address. For example, UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
- Other - There will be a note accompanying this cancelation reason with more details.
If you have yet to receive an email confirmation for your order, or you don't see it in your order history, it's possible your order did not complete correctly. Please reach out to customer service to verify your order.
