How to Login to the Team Portal
After you login to your own personal account, locate the “Switch to Team” button above the Search Bar
2. This will then bring you to the Team Dashboard
3. Navigate to the "Details" tab on the left side of the Dashboard
4. After clicking into the "Details" tab, locate "Notifications"
5. This will bring you to the Notifications dashboard
6. Once in the dashboard you can select the months that you would like to be emailed a notification to update your roster. This will give you the option to adjust based on your own seasons, and hiring timelines.
7. Roster refresh reminder sent
- Here you will be able to see when the reminder emails were sent out
8. Snooze Option
- If you need to snooze a reminder you can select the manager(s) here and snooze the email notification for one cycle.
- The snooze option will automatically be turned off once the snoozed month has passed
