How to Add a Single Employee to the Team Portal

Step One:

How to Sign in

• Sign into your personal Outdoor Prolink Account at outdoorprolink.com/account/signin.
• Locate the "Switch to Team" button at the top of the page.

This will then bring you to the Team Dashboard.

Step Two:

Locate the single invite tab labeled "Invites".

Step Three:

Once in the "Invites" tab, locate the "Single Invite" Button.

Step Four:

• Fill out the fields in the pop up.
• Then select the Invite button.

Step Five:

• A Confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.
• You will also be able to see your latest invite at the top of the employee list at the bottom of the page.
