Since we are a drop ship company, when you place an order on OutdoorProlink.com or one of our dedicated sites, your order is immediately sent to the brand's distribution centers.
If you shipped your order to the wrong address, it is very difficult to update/ change your shipping address, regardless of how quickly you reach out to our Customer Service Team.
We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it.
If you've realized that you have sent your order to the wrong address, we will do our best to catch the order and cancel, so that you may place a new one. Please reach out to the Customer Service team immediately.
In cases where we cannot catch the order in time to cancel it, there is a way for you (the customer) to do this yourself if your package is shipped via UPS (the majority of our orders are). Once you receive your UPS tracking number, you are able to go on to 'UPS My Choice' and request your address change personally. There will be a few questions to answer and confirm it's the change you want to make.
