La Sportiva accepts returns on new, un-used, FACTORY fresh items, provided you are willing to ship them back to their warehouse.
First, please reach out to Outdoor Prolink's customer service to obtain an RA number.
Once La Sportiva receives your items in their warehouse, they will pass along a credit memo, and we will process a refund for the item, not shipping charges.
