Please ensure you're using the email address you entered upon applying for Outdoor Prolink. If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the sign-in page on the right side under "Forgot Your Password?" A temporary password will be emailed to the email address associated with your Outdoor Prolink account. You can use this temporary password when it asks for your old password and then can create a new one.
