Since we use a 'drop ship' model, when you order from different brands, your order will be shipping from our brand's different distribution centers. Thus, if you order products from different brands they will have different tracking information and arrive at different times. Tracking information will be entered into our portal when your specific product ships.
For the most up to date information on the status of your order, log in to Outdoor Prolink, and click your name at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to find Order History, and the shipping status of your order.
You should receive an email notification when your every product from your order has shipped, with tracking information for each product. If you haven't received an email notification, please check your spam folder, and/ or reach out to our customer service team.
