From the sign-in page, you can request a new email on the right side under "Forgot Your Password?" A temporary password will be sent to the email associated with your Outdoor Prolink account. You'll use this email when it asks for your old password and can then create a new password to log in.
If you don't have access to your Outdoor Prolink account email, please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
