Outdoor Prolink does not have a warehouse, instead we use a process called "drop shipping."
When you place an order, we process that order and pass it along to our manufacturers. They then pack and ship your order from their own warehouse, incurring their own tracking numbers and shipping fees. If you've received an email with tracking info, please double check the tracking for each brand's items as they are most likely coming in multiple shipments.
If you haven't received an email, that means some of your items have not shipped yet and your order is still processing. Once your entire order has shipped, you'll receive an email with all of your tracking info.
If you've received part of an order from one brand that should have come in one package, contact our customer service team and we will inquire further.
