Outdoor Prolink does not have a warehouse. Instead, we use a process called "drop shipping."
When you place an order, we process it and pass it to our manufacturers. They then pack and ship your order from their warehouse, incurring their tracking numbers and shipping fees. If you've received an email with tracking info, please double-check the tracking for each brand's items, as they are most likely coming in multiple shipments.
If you have yet to receive an email, that means some of your items have yet to ship, and your order is still processing. Once your entire order has shipped, you'll receive an email with all of your tracking info.
If you've received part of an order from one brand that should have come in one package, contact our customer service team and we will inquire further.
