All our orders take approximately 7-14 business days to process, ship and arrive at your door. As soon as your entire order has shipped, you should receive an email complete with tracking info.
Please note: some orders may ship sooner than 7-14 business days, and you should receive an email with tracking as soon as everything on your order has shipped. If you haven't received an e-mail containing your tracking information, check your spam folder-sometimes they end up there.
How do I find tracking if only part of my order has shipped?
1) Log in to your account, and choose your name at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to find order history, which will show the shipping status of your order.
Once you have the tracking number, the easiest way to track it is to copy and paste the number into a Google search bar and choose the suggested shipping carrier to view the progress.
Here is a list of common tracking number formats:
- UPS = 1Z00000000000000000
- FedEx = 999999999999
- USPS = 9400100000000000000000
