All our orders take approximately 7-14 business days to process, ship and arrive at your door. Each time a brand on your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking for that portion of your order.
Please note: Some orders may ship sooner than 7-14 business days. If you haven't received an e-mail containing your tracking information, check your spam folder-sometimes they end up there. You can also access your tracking information from your Outdoor Prolink account.
How do I find tracking if the tracking email doesn't come through?
1) Log in to your account, and choose your name at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to find order history, which will show the shipping status of your order.
Once you have the tracking number, the easiest way to track it is to copy and paste the number into a Google search bar and choose the suggested shipping carrier to view the progress.
Here is a list of common tracking number formats:
- UPS = 1Z00000000000000000
- FedEx = 999999999999
- USPS = 9400100000000000000000
